Wexcrest is led by Thomas Fogarty, P.Eng., whose background spans hands-on design engineering, project engineering, engineering management and operations leadership in industrial project environments. His experience includes responsibility across project definition, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning.

That breadth of experience provides Wexcrest with a well-rounded understanding of how engineering decisions connect with the broader requirements of delivering industrial projects.
